Adara will move its office to Oxygen Park in September. The lease was signed for seven years, and Newmark Polska agency represented the tenant in the negotiation process.

Oxygen Park is located in Jerozolimskie Avenue, in the business area of Warsaw. The development comprises two six-story buildings with a total area of more than 18,000 sqm. The complex's tenants have at their disposal a green patio with a relaxation zone, a canteen and retail and service outlets. The development includes 162 underground parking spaces, bicycle racks and locker rooms with showers.

The architectural design of Oxygen Park was created by JEMS Architekci studio. The project was commissioned in 2013.
