Its office space covers 8500 sq.m. and over the years the current project is the third arrangement of its space by Design Anatomy. The designers relied on a combination of several currently dominant trends to create a one-of-a-kind design, with a "dopamine color" style as the leitmotif, giving the interior an individual, informal feel. The design provides a hint of maximalism, playing with colors and a touch of madness, thus stimulating positive emotions and building a good mood. The second theme that manifests itself on all floors of the office is biophilia. It is thanks to him that the space exudes nature and greenery, emphasizing the concern for the well-being of the company's employees. The office was planned to place the greatest emphasis on multifunctionality and versatility. The project assumed a complete rearrangement of the interiors," emphasizes Justyna Bilat, project author and senior architect at Design Anatomy. Sii's office is five floors in the Olivia Prime building, connected by an internal staircase. We concentrated our efforts around this office spine, focusing on common areas and adding new functions and looks. Previously unused spaces changed beyond recognition as we used them to create meeting, relaxation and entertainment zones in a variety of forms. The office also includes two terraces located on the roof of Olivia's newest building. Design Anatomy's architects managed to achieve the effect of an energetic office through a combination of vibrant, stimulating colors. The interiors are dominated by shades of blue and green, with all their variations, which were contrasted with sunny yellows and full reds. Despite the use of such a wide and varied color palette, the end result remains consistent and gives the impression of coziness. The effect of using intense colors in the office was further strengthened by diverse forms and a multitude of textures, resulting in a coherent interior, but at the same time full of surprising elements. In the office, the architects planned a variety of interior functions with the broad needs of Sii's employees in mind. We made sure that everyone in the office would find their favorite place," says Justyna Bilat. We have intimate enclaves for face to face conversations, we have amphitheaters in the cinema area with modular sofas, where through the use of acoustic curtains we can completely cut ourselves off from the surroundings. In the office, we have also designed coffeepoints with high tops and hockers, game zones with foosball, ping pong, play station consoles, snooze rooms on each floor, where we can provide ourselves with a 15-minute massage on a relaxation chair to fully recover, transporting ourselves to a relaxing sea abyss or to an energetic, dense jungle. The meeting areas are equipped with soft, comfortable and spacious sofas and armchairs, but the office is also full of areas for standing meetings with multifunctional whiteboards. We also used most of the poles in the common areas to rest countertops with hockers on them - and we usually placed wending machines and printers next to them. Employees also have desks with treadmills in each area by the stairs, and there is also a fit zone where a climbing wall, stationary bikes, exercise bars and even a boxing bag have been designed. The office has as many as 55 meeting rooms, each with its own individual character. Designer panels have been used in them, while lamps and acoustic curtains provide greatly enhanced comfort for their use. Lush plants and ubiquitous greenery await office users at every turn. A green wall in the ledon jungle area, irregular morphing pots at countertops, and a tree in a table in the meeting area are just some of the places with vibrant green accents. Each development has room for pots, and the cinema area also provides for steel pots under the ceiling that blend into the acoustic material truss, while dangling plants have been highlighted with luminous lianas hanging freely from above. The office also features pots of herbs, where employees can find fresh mint, rosemary, sage and basil, which not only add variety to the flavor of the food they prepare, but also provide a fragrance unparalleled in offices! We have planned greenery in each of the newly designed zones, whether on the newly created pillar linings and shelves around them, or in built-in pots in the seating areas, which, growing into larger shrubs and trees, are meant to create the atmosphere of park benches and tables," emphasizes Justyna Bilat. In addition to the obvious vivid greenery, nature is present here in the entire office arrangement. It appears in the form of round shapes repeated in the curves of walls, built-ins, and seats.  Soft shapes are the theme and have been designed into lamps, ceilings and furniture, as well as on acoustic panels. Natural materials also dominate the office: the obvious one is wood in the cladding and furniture, but among the less obvious solutions are acoustic panels made of ground hemp, wood wool, or panels with fractions of flower meadow plants. The acoustic panels and lamps were made from PET plastic, created from recycled plastic bottles. As many as 5,000 reprocessed bottles were used for the lamps alone! Most of the wall panels were also designed from the same material, which further emphasizes the trend of ecology in the creation of Sii office interiors. An additional curiosity is the trend of locality in the design of the new space. It refers to cooperation with Polish, trending designers, as well as local artists. The furniture used in the office is Polish-made and comes from manufacturers such as Nobonobo, Comforty, Noti, Vank. Mdd, Profim and Tamo from the Tricity. The interiors are decorated with graphics by Tricity artists. With their help and involvement, nearly 360 sq.m. of murals created for Sii based on their values and slogans were created in the Sii office. The existing climbing wall, thanks to the artists, gained a 6-meter high mural, visible from the 300-meter cantina. Characters along the communication paths interact with the arrangement and with all employees passing them. Our office in Gdansk has always been attractive, from the very beginning we took care to provide many common areas for our Sii power people, but in recent years, like the whole market, we too have seen fewer employees working from the office, and our headquarters have lost their atmosphere and energy, says Izabela Sobolew, office manager at Sii Poland Gdansk. This was the reason for the decision to make changes. From the beginning, our visions with Design Anatomy were completely aligned. Our goal was to bring life and luster back to our four corners - to make a positive change and create a space that would encourage people to visit the office to meet, socialize, creatively dabble, and maybe sometimes take a break from the comfort of home. We had an idea of how we wanted our office to change, but the final result exceeded our expectations. Every space we decided to modify, DA designers changed beyond recognition, taking care of every detail, imbuing all common areas with new materials, elements and functions. Each meeting room was treated individually, recreation areas were designed so that no two are alike in the entire office. Walking around the new arrangement, our employees discover every now and then a new element. Construction + was responsible for the project, which met the challenge of completely rearranging the interiors while the office was in operation. As emphasized by the project manager - Bartłomiej Gużewski, the goal was to carry them out in such a way as to make it as difficult as possible for employees to use and move around the renovated space: thanks to great cooperation with the Sii team, we were able to arrange them in such a way as to be effective and least invasive. An additional challenge was the multitude of elements designed specifically for this project. Virtually every addition, except for the freestanding furnishings, was prototyped in advance based on the author's design and executed by our trusted contractors. It was a challenge, but the result is stunning, and we believe that Sii employees will also appreciate the project.
