Signify will open its European Settlement Center in the Hi Piotrkowska complex, where over 200 people will work. The tenant was supported by CBRE consulting company in the signing of the contract and the process of arranging the new office. The first employees will arrive there in February 2023.

Hi Piotrkowska is a multifunctional mixed-use complex, consisting of two buildings with a total office space of 21,000 sqm. sqm and 5 thousand sqm commercial and service space. The 20-story tower with a height of 82 meters gained the status of the tallest office building in Łódź, and the second, five-story building adjoins the frontage of ul. Piotrkowska and combines office functions with a gastronomic offer. The function of the complex is complemented by the Hampton by Hilton hotel with 149 rooms and three conference rooms. Hi Piotrkowska received an Excellent rating in the BREEAM International New Construction certification system for the Post Construction stage.
