Cushman & Wakefield will cover the scope of operational, accounting and technical management of buildings. The company's key tasks will also include improving the energy efficiency of facilities and implementing sustainable property management strategies.

"Entrusting the management of our real estate portfolio in Warsaw to one entity means synergies and simplification of the structure, which will benefit both Vig Fund and our tenants. In recent years, we have come to know Cushman's team as a proactive and modern manager. Therefore, we are confident that the next three buildings for which he will be responsible will be taken to a new, higher level in terms of sustainable management in the future," says Manuel Simon, head of Investment Real Estate, who is also responsible for Vig Fund's asset management in Poland.
