A report by BNM - Real Estate Advisory on flexible offices in Warsaw shows that already 32 percent of all flexible offices are in-house concepts, created directly by office building owners .The company's experts predict that this trend will strengthen in the near future

Domaniewska 45 Flex is another flexible office project implemented by ASD Real Estate. The company already has similar concepts in buildings at 182 Pulawska St. and 14 Postępu St. More developments are planned in Warsaw and other Polish cities.
