Domaniewska 45 Flex occupies the third floor of the building with an area of about 1,400 sqm. Future tenants have common areas at their disposal: a kitchen with a dining area, meeting rooms, booths and alcoves for phone calls, a chillout area with comfortable couches and armchairs, and a coffee point. Additional perks include a conference center in the building, infrastructure for cyclists and the ability to bring dogs.
In the standard formula, Domaniewska 45 Flex offers offices with six, eight or twelve workstations Adjacent offices can be combined to create larger layouts, up to a maximum of about 100 workstations The premium option is larger office modules that consist of open space, an office, a meeting room and a kitchenette
Domaniewska 45 Flex is a response to the growing demand for flexible offices, which give tenants the opportunity to adapt the space and terms of the lease to their needs and market situation. A report by BNM - Real Estate Advisory on flexible offices in Warsaw shows that already 32 percent of all flexible offices are in-house concepts, created directly by office building owners .The company's experts predict that this trend will strengthen in the near future
Domaniewska 45 Flex is the result of an analysis of the potential opportunities that can be offered to office tenants in the current times to make the building's offer more attractive The possibility of leasing both in a traditional and flexible formula increases the availability of a given office building for entities of different sizes Preparation, implementation of the idea and conducting the processes of leasing flexible space are our unique service, complementing the offer of commercialization of the building in the conventional formula," explains Jakub Bereś, head of Landlord Representation at BNM.
Domaniewska 45 Flex is another flexible office project implemented by ASD Real Estate. The company already has similar concepts in buildings at 182 Pulawska St. and 14 Postępu St. More developments are planned in Warsaw and other Polish cities.
