Vorwerk Polska, part of the international Vorwerk Group, which is known for products such as Thermomix and Kobold cleaning systems, has renewed its lease on 435 sq m of retail space at Imagine. The Vorwerk store is located on the Pilsudski Avenue side and has been present in Poland since 1995. In the negotiation process, the tenant used the services of the consulting firm Walter Herz.
Żabka Polska and Z Pieca Rodem - Long-term Tenants at Imagine
Żabka Polska, Poland's largest convenience store chain, continues to operate at the Imagine complex in a 90 m² space. Meanwhile, Z Pieca Rodem, a local bakery and catering concept, has renewed its 95 sqm lease. This popular bakery is known for its locally baked breads and a wide range of pastries and breakfast items.

The Imagine complex, opening in 2019, consists of three buildings, including two six-story buildings offering a total of 17.2 thousand m² of commercial space. Of that, 14.8 thousand sq. m. is office space, while 2.4 thousand sq. m. is dedicated to retail and services. The third building is a ground-level parking garage with 356 parking spaces, 49 double bicycle racks and an electric vehicle charging station. Imagine has attracted tenants from a variety of industries, such as EY, Asseco Poland, Bluerank, WWT, Well Fitness and Philips.
The complex also houses a Kids&Co nursery and kindergarten, as well as a state-of-the-art conference and coworking center, managed by Avestus Real Estate. The building is BREEAM-certified at the Excellent level, underscoring its commitment to sustainability and green solutions.
