GTC has signed lease agreements in five key cities: Warsaw (Artico and Aeropark Business Centre), Krakow (Korona Office Complex), Wroclaw (Globis Wroclaw), Katowice (Francuska Office Center) and Poznan (Pixel and Globis Poznan). Poznañ was particularly popular, with as many as eight of the 32 agreements concluded in the first half of the year.

GTC places a strong emphasis on sustainability. 90% of the company's facilities are green certified, and all properties in Poland use green energy. As of 2021, GTC is the first developer in Central and Eastern Europe to regularly publish ESG reports, underscoring their commitment to social and environmental responsibility.
