Guess Poland has been a tenant of Elektrownia Powiśle since 2018, with 1,300 sqm of space on the fourth floor, which includes workstations, three showrooms and a large terrace. In 2024, the brand decided to extend its lease for more years and additionally lease about 430 sqm of space on the second floor of Building B, increasing its showroom area.

The expansion of the Guess office involved a comprehensive rearrangement of the space and fit-out work, which was completed in June/July 2024.

The Warsaw complex in the heart of Powiśle offers a space that supports the creativity and innovation of our team, and on top of that, allows us to display our collections in showrooms. Expanding the office space, increasing the area and number of showrooms from three to six will also allow us to develop the new Guess Jeans brand," explains Waldemar Madajczyk, vice president CEE Guess.

Dariusz Domanski, managing partner Poland at White Star Real Estate, adds, "In 2024, this is another office tenant that has decided to stay in Elektrownia Powiśle, while expanding its office."
