Construction of Skyliner Phase II started in February 2024, and it is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2026. The new tower, which will reach a height of 130 meters and consist of 28 floors, will offer 24,000 square meters of leasable space. The space will be divided between offices and commercial and retail units on the first floor, with a total area of almost 1 thousand square meters. The standard office floor will have about 1,300 square meters. The top floors will feature terrace-gardens with a total area of nearly 900 square meters, offering tenants a unique place to relax and meet.

Karimpol Polska will pursue a BREEAM Outstanding certification for Skyliner II, which demonstrates the highest standards of sustainable construction. As with the first phase, the building will be powered by renewable energy sources. Warbud is responsible for the development, and the architectural design was prepared by the renowned APA Wojciechowski Architekci studio.
