This is the second Natek office to open in Poland in recent months. In February, the company moved its Polish headquarters to the Q22 skyscraper in Warsaw. In addition, Natek opened a new, larger office in Bulgaria's capital Sofia in late 2023 and in Bratislava in early May this year. Future plans include the rebranding of the office in Gdansk's Olivia Four office building and the opening of a new office in Kosice by the end of 2024.
"The office in Wroclaw is primarily dedicated to consultants who work for our clients. The new office space will enable us to further develop and better serve our clients, while providing comfortable working conditions for our employees," emphasized Jana Kruzliakova, vice president of Sales & Marketing and member of Natek's board of directors.
The new Wroclaw office is different from the Warsaw office, which is for the company's internal team.
"We have divided the space of the Wroclaw office into three zones: a smaller one with nine desks for the internal team, a large open space with 32 desks for consultants, and a closed area with 24 desks. This allows us to better tailor our work environment to the specific needs of our teams and clients," explains Minh Hang Hoang-Trusiak, senior marketing communications manager at Natek Poland.
The lease at the Infinity office building is for seven years, and Natek was assisted by Brookfield Partners, a consulting firm, in the process of leasing, designing the office space and moving to the new location.
Wroclaw-based Infinity, slated for completion in 2023, offers 18.7 thousand sqm of office space and 1.6 thousand sqm of retail and service space. The building was developed by Avestus Real Estate in cooperation with Alchemy Properties.
