Hortex opted for a long-term lease, looking for an office tailored to its needs and arranged according to company guidelines. "In addition to the functionality of the office space itself, we had to include solutions to store products, including frozen foods and ice cream," says Angelika Wilk, leasing and flexible workplaces manager at Adgar Poland.  

The contract negotiations between Adgar Poland and Hortex were supported by commercial real estate agency ShareSpace. Robert Chmielewski, co-managing partner at ShareSpace, emphasizes that "Adgar Park West was the best fit for our client, for whom the building owner's flexible approach to the needs reported at the negotiation stage was important."

Adgar Park West is a complex of three office buildings with a total area of 43,000 sqm, located on Jerozolimskie Avenue. The complex is conveniently located close to the Western Railway Station, Okęcie Airport and Warsaw's southern ring road. Tenants have more than 800 parking spaces and electric vehicle charging stations at their disposal. In addition, the Contemporary Stage Theater has been staging performances here since March, enriching the facility's cultural offer.

Offices ranging from 150 to 1,000 sq m are available at Adgar Park West, as well as flexible leases under Flexi Lease by Adgar and the Brain Embassy concept.
