TCS signed a long-term contract in Q4 2023, occupying more than 3,600 sqm of office space in the facility. Arrangement work on the new office was underway in recent months. Tata Consulting Services is an Indian IT company, present on the Polish market since 2006. It specializes in developing IT business solutions, using cloud technologies and artificial intelligence, among other technologies, and also provides IT consulting services for businesses.

Hines has also extended its contract with one of Wola Center's long-standing tenants, FaktorOne (formerly Idea Money), which has been based at Przyokopowa Street since 2012. The new contract covers the lease of about 470 sqm of office space. FaktorOne has been offering factoring services to small and medium-sized companies and sole proprietors from various industries for more than a decade.

The Wola Center complex provides a total of more than 34.9 thousand sqm of office, coworking and retail space. There are green terraces, a patio, infrastructure for cyclists, as well as a parking lot with 121 public spaces and 249 spaces for tenants. The building also has charging stations for electric vehicles. The building is BREEAM In Use certified at the Outstanding level.
