The WELL Health and Safety Rating (WELL HSR) is a prestigious rating for commercial buildings, requiring annual renewal. In order to receive a positive rating, managers must demonstrate that their management procedures and building equipment continue to meet the highest standards of safety and best practices set by the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI).
