The Workplaces department at Globalworth Poland was responsible for carrying out the modernization. As Zbigniew Garbowicz, project manager, explains:

"We carried out a comprehensive modernization, transforming the office space both in terms of arrangement and functionality. Security systems were upgraded, including top-of-the-line fire protection systems and a building management system (BMS). Energy-efficient LED lighting was used to minimize environmental impact. The comfort of employees was also taken care of by introducing telephone booths and coffee points in common areas. The entire work was carried out in an exceptionally short time - just two and a half months."

Quattro Business Park is a prestigious office complex located on Gen. Bora-Komorowskiego Avenue in the northeastern part of Krakow, consisting of five buildings with a total area of 66 thousand sqm. The complex offers both underground and above-ground parking for 1.3 thousand spaces, as well as a developed retail and service infrastructure.
