Can robots provide the highest level of satisfaction for the restaurant guest? They will never replace a professional waiter, but they can speed up his work, relieve his workload and provide entertainment. This is exactly what is happening at the restaurant at 32p. Olivia Star, where robot waiters have become a local attraction. Serving several hundred guests each day in a space of nearly 800m2 is a challenge that Olivia Star's waiters face every day. Managers of the restaurant on the 32nd floor of the tallest building in northern Poland have found a recipe for this. By hiring robots, they not only relieved the service burden, but additionally provided guests with unique attractions. At the end of last year, two friendly robots - Olivia and Oliver - joined our team on the 32nd floor of Olivia Star, says Rafał Marcyniuk, a member of the company's management board. The decision to purchase them was dictated by the desire to relieve the waiters of the heavy physical work and multiple approaches with orders to the tables, especially in the case of group reservations. All this was done so that they could focus more on talking to guests and providing the best possible service. The robots have been engaged to perform simple tasks that significantly relieve the wait staff when they have several dishes to serve to guests' tables at the same time. The stacked transport spaces allow the delivery of up to a dozen dishes and drinks to the tables simultaneously. Their capabilities allow immediate delivery of up to 40 kg of ordered dishes to guests' tables. Such a solution is still a rare curiosity, and it allows not only to relieve the burden on staff, but also to provide guests with quite an attraction. The robots elicit lively, very positive reactions, with guests taking photos of themselves with them, which they share on social media. The first reactions of the staff were mixed, notes Krzysztof Dembek, a member of the Olivia Star Top board. Some of our employees feared that the robots would take away their jobs. Fortunately, after a few weeks of existence together, the mistrust turned into friendship. It turned out that the "waiter-robot" duo works perfectly together. The robot's ability to relieve employees of the need to carry heavy trays made it an ideal waiter's assistant. As a result, we have improved guest service, and waiters and waitresses have more time and patience to bestow a hearty smile. As stressed by Krzysztof Wajk, a representative of LSI Software, which supplies the robots, Olivia Star's managers focused not on the marketing effect, using the robots for promotion, but on their usefulness and efficiency. With the support of robots, waiters are able to reduce guests' waiting time to a minimum, as this repetitive task is performed with near-perfect precision by the robot. During this time, the waiter can offer and take further orders. Robots from the PUDU brand, such as BellaBot, have been created to support employees and also to build an even better customer experience in the HoReCa sector. It is in this sector that they have great potential, which is already radiating into more industries. Today, these robots have applications in many areas in Poland and around the world, where they are already being used successfully. Thanks to their multiple functions, they can be used in almost any task and duty in the logistics, HoReCa or even entertainment segments," notes Krzysztof Wajk. We are pleased that our residents are taking advantage of the latest technologies. - Says Boguslaw Wieczorek, plenipotentiary of the Olivia Centre management board. The creation of a tourist attraction that beats records in popularity - which is a terrace at a height of 130 meters with a view of the entire Tri-City, the Gulf of Gdansk and the Oliva forests - has posed new challenges that can be met in an innovative and very impressive way. It's worth seeing for yourself, come to Olivia Centre and take a joint photo with the robotic waiter with a fantastic view in the background. ----------- Olivia Star, is the tallest building in northern Poland, which houses unconventional, as for a business center, projects: a viewing floor with an outdoor terrace on the 32p. of the building, prestigious restaurants, honored by the Michelin Guide, an egoztic garden, as well as a conference and event center. Every Friday, the 32p. Olivia Star, the tallest office building in Northern Poland, discos are held, attracting a steady crowd of lovers of good music, stunning views and delicious cuisine in the late evening hours. Olivia also has an outdoor terrace where events hosted by DJs were held, which, with the glow of the setting sun, had an incomparable effect.

Proof of Olivia's openness to tourists and residents is also provided by the award of the Marshal of Pomorskie Voivodeship, granted to Olivia on the occasion of International Tourism Day in 2020. To date, it represents the only award that has been given to office buildings for the development of a region's tourism offer. Poland's largest business center also already has theater performances and concerts by such Polish stars as Krystyna Janda, Leszek Możdżer, Daria Zawiałow, Mrozu and Krzysztof Zalewski. Annually, more than 1,700 events are held at Olivia, so it can be considered that it has become a center not only for work, but also for the cultural and entertainment life of the Tri-City. It is worth adding that Olivia is a project that has been developed for years with the residents of the entire agglomeration and tourists in mind. Proof of this is also Olivia Garden - an exotic garden, where 3.5 thousand plants reaching up to 11 meters in height, representing more than 400 species and coming from 5 continents, await guests. Olivia is home to 11 restaurants, including Arco by Paco Perez, awarded a Michelin Guide star, and Treinta y Tres, honored by the Michelin Bib Gourmand jury - both located on the 33rd floor of Olivia Star. Both prestigious restaurants are run by Paco Pérez, one of the world's most successful chefs, so far honored with 6 stars from the prestigious Michelin culinary guide, and Antonio Arcieri, winner of one star.
