The lease process and contract negotiations were conducted with the participation of consulting firm Walter Herz, which represented the tenant's interests.

Jaroslaw Zdzitowiecki, associate partner and head of Tricity at Walter Herz, emphasizes that the need for more office space is due to Seargin's rapid growth. "The need for more space was related to the evolution of Seargin's work system through its rapid growth. Covering the office did not involve large costs in this case. In modernizing the space, existing finishes were used to a large extent," comments Zdzitowiecki.

Garnizon Hiro is a modern, six-story office building located on Chrzanowskiego Street in the western part of Gdansk. The building offers about 6,000 sqm of office space and more than 150 parking spaces in an underground garage. It is part of the larger Garnizon multifunctional complex, owned by the Hossa Investment Group.
