Coordination of the investment: Hotel Inwest Development, acting as a substitute investor on behalf of Epione Group, is responsible for the project. The general contractor was selected in a multi-stage tender, which took into account the organizational and capital potential, as well as the price reliability of the bidders.  

 

Scope of work:

Demolitions: The work will begin with the demolition of a tenement building that will allow access to the courtyard of the Dworcowa Quarter. As agreed with the preservationist, the building will be rebuilt. Further demolition will include tenements on Dyrekcyjna Street, preserving the historic exterior walls. Building shell: The contractor aims to complete the shell of the buildings in the first phase of the project.

Heritage protection: The design prepared by Konior Studio takes into account the historical character of the buildings. The work will be preceded by a technical analysis of neighboring buildings to ensure the safety of the entire project.

 

Schedule: Demolition work will last until November 2025, and the entire project is expected to be completed within three years.
