WELL Health-Safety: a New Dimension of Comfort at Work

The WELL Health-Safety certification is a global award given to buildings that meet the most stringent criteria for occupant health and safety. It consists of 10 key categories: air, nutrition, water, light, movement, acoustics, thermal comfort, materials, mind and community. A total of 108 different aspects are analyzed, all of which have a key impact on the health and well-being of people residing in these spaces.

Warimpex: Work Quality in First Place

Jerzy Krogulec, CEO of Warimpex Poland, stresses the importance of making office spaces not only functional, but also conducive to the health and comfort of employees. "We know how important it is for the office space we work in to be healthy and comfortable. With the right acoustics and soundproofing of the room, concentration and analytical ability increase, while being in spaces with good air quality translates into better well-being for employees. That's why we place great importance on ensuring that Warimpex's office buildings meet these criteria and are a good place to work," says Krogulec.

Modern Office Space in the Heart of the Cities

Opened in late 2023, the Mogilska 35 Office building in Krakow offers more than 11 thousand sqm of office space on six floors. Another building, Mogilska 43 Office, with about 12 thousand sq. m., is located in Kraków's Grzegórzki district and was completed in 2019. And Ogrodowa Office in Lodz, located in the heart of the city center, offers an impressive space of more than 28 thousand sqm, most of which is dedicated to offices, while the first floor is occupied by retail, service and catering outlets.

Why is WELL Certification So Important?

WELL certification is a response to the growing expectations of employees and tenants, who are increasingly looking for office spaces that provide not only state-of-the-art facilities, but also a work environment that promotes health and mental well-being. Increased requirements in terms of air quality, acoustics, lighting and other factors have a direct impact on the efficiency of work and the overall well-being of the users of these spaces.
