Echo pushes on with PRS and new office investments

Echo Investment summarizes the first half of 2021, taking into account the results of the Archicom S.A. group for the first time. The first six months of 2021 brought the Group over PLN 47 million in net profit, which was mainly the result of handing over to customers 398 apartments built by Echo Investment, as well as 202 apartments of Archicom and an increase in the value of office buildings – in particular Malthouse Offices in Warsaw Breweries and Brain Park I in Cracow. Important item that influenced the results for the first half of the year and the second quarter was the profit on purchase price allocation of Archicom S.A. shares.

IWG signs the first franchise agreement in Poland

IWG, an operator of flexible and coworking spaces, operating, among others under brands such as Regus and Spaces, signed his first franchise agreement for a location cluster in Poland. The contract was concluded with the L&L Club company, and under it, IWG will expand its operations to south-eastern Warsaw and its suburbs, opening five new centers under the Regus brand.

Globalworth sells five Warsaw buildings for EUR 123 mln

The buildings that are to be sold under the preliminary agreement are Nordic Park (in the riverside Powiśle district – 9,000 sqm), Bliski Centrum (on ul. Żurawia in the city centre – 4,700 sqm, Warta Tower (central Warsaw – 30,000 sqm) as well as Batory Building I and Company House I (on the Al. Jerozolimskie airport corridor – 6,600 sqm and 6,200 sqm respectively). By 2023, 5th Corner plans to have invested more than EUR 30 mln in the complete renovation of the largest of these properties, Warta Tower.
