Business services sector in Poland currently employs 307 thousand people. According to the data included in the ABSL report - Business Services Sector in Poland 2019, between 1Q 2018 and 1Q 2019 employment in the industry increased with 28 thousand jobs. The increase amounted to 10 per cent. Over half of the created positions were generated by centers located in Cracow, Warsaw and Wrocław (55 per cent). The authors of the analysis predict that in the first quarter of 2020, about 336 thousand employees will work in the sector.

According to „Occupier Economics: Office market in Katowice Q1 2019”, a report published by real estate advisory firm Cresa, Katowice’s office stock has increased by nearly 9% over the year to almost 520,000 sqm at the end of the first quarter of 2019. More than 30,000 sqm is expected to be added to Katowice’s office stock by the end of this year.

Łódź’s office market has been well-balanced in terms of demand and supply for several years. According to „Occupier economics: Office market in Łódź Q1 2019”, a report published by real estate advisory firm Cresa, the office stock of the Łódź market has increased by nearly 8% year-on-year and amounted to 471,200 sqm at the end of Q1 2019. Take-up in the first quarter of 2019 reached 15,100 sqm, up more than 50% on the same period in 2018.
Skanska will build 1 900 m2 of pavement made of the so-called "green concrete", which cleans the air from harmful substances from car exhaust fumes, around the third and fourth building of the High5ive complex in Krakow. The first part of the pavement will be commissioned later this year.
A symbolic cornerstone for the construction of Fuzja - a unique piece of Łódź that will combine modern urban functions and historical past of Księży Młyn, was laid by Hanna Zdanowska – the Mayor of Łódź and Nicklas Lindberg – CEO at Echo Investment - an investor and developer of the project. The ceremony was also attended by Przemysław Łukasik and Łukasz Zagała - architects of Medusa Group, who developed the urban and architectural concept of the entire project.
