GPG – Green Property Group

GPG – The Green Property Group is a Polish entity, an investment and development company operating on the Polish property investment market.

The objective of GPG is to build a portfolio of premier properties with a focus on design and the highest standards of finish in prestigious locations, cooperating with the industry’s leading architects and designers.

Our vision has a long term perspective, with a focus on design and efficiency that will set the market standards not only for today but for the long termfor the satisfaction of both our clients and investors.

We and our partners feel a great responsibility to our clients in creating office  and commercial space in which clients will spend their life in urban areas. We endeavor to meet and exceed the requirements and expectations of clients, and provide work and living spaces that are ecologically responsible and to the highest standards of quality and design.

GPG is led by Mr. Artur Nowakowski. He has held several senior level positions in the commercial real estate sector.

In the year 2000, Mr. Nowakowski lead the development and opening of Kinepolis Poznan, the most modern cinemaplex in its time. Additionally, he has worked several years with the GPW entity within the GTC. S.A. group, where he was responsible for the management and oversight of the most commercially successful shopping center in Poland – Galeria Mokotow.   Following on with the Rodamco Group (now Unibal Rodamco), one of Europe’s largest developers, Mr. Nowakowski co-operated on the prestigious opening of the mixed use (office and retail) of Zlote-Tarasy in Warsaw, as well as one of the most spectacular investments on the Russian market, the mixed use retail center Metropolis.
