Polski Holding Nieruchomości was established on 25th March 2011 as a result of consolidation of state owned companies operating in the real estate sector in Poland that have in its portfolio well-located facilities with the potential for implementation of investment projects or remodeling existing ones. Polski Holding Nieruchomości is a holding company, that dominates direcly or indirectly on 16 bodies. The Group has many years of experience in property management and in the implementation of development projects. The Group possesses plots and objects throughout Poland (including Warsaw, Wroclaw, Gdansk and Gdynia).
