The building features 160 well-equipped workstations, quiet and intimate offices, as well as open space. Meeting rooms also await tenants. A dedicated Community Coordinator supports the organization of meetings. Also standard is a fully equipped kitchen with aromatic coffee and snacks

Architecture

Quattro Business Park was designed by the well-known and respected architectural firm Kurylowicz & Associates. The complex consists of four 14-story buildings and one 7-story building, which together offer more than 60,000 sq. ft. GLA. The buildings' large windows provide excellent interior lighting.

Located on T. Bora Komorowskiego Avenue, Quattro Business Park is one of the largest office complexes in this part of Krakow. One of the building's main assets is access to a well-developed public transportation network, allowing easy access to both the Old Town (12 minutes by bicycle), the railway station or the airport.

Quattro is located at the intersection of two of the city's main arteries, is connected to an extensive network of bicycle paths, and there are more than 20 bus lines in close proximity. The building also has 1,351 parking spaces.
