SkyRes is the first large-area class A office building in Rzeszów, which means a high standard, a prestigious location, and the highest quality of finishing and equipment. Its total area is 25,648 m².

From the design stage, both innovative solutions for business operations and sustainable construction principles were taken into account. The building’s structure and the materials used are environmentally friendly, which is confirmed by the American LEED GOLD certification.

The building itself is a 14-story structure with 12 office floors, a ground floor featuring a spacious lobby with a reception area and a canteen. The underground section houses a parking garage for passenger cars, electric vehicles, and bicycles, along with designated changing rooms and showers for cyclists. The office floors offer a standard Open Space area of up to 1,600 m², with a total of 19,381 m² in the entire building.
