The building BPNT Akwarium is part of the Baltic Port of New Technologies - a project of the Pomeranian SEZ supporting the development of the shipbuilding and maritime industry. The office building "Akwarium" was built after the old headquarters of the Gdynia shipyard management. There are conference and training rooms in the building, including a room on the 10th floor - with an impressive view of the quays of the former Gdynia Shipyard, the Port and the Naval Shipyard. The building offers approx. 7,000 m 2 of modernized office space. The building is fully air-conditioned, and the standard of finishing ensures complete readiness to work: all rooms are equipped with carpets, lighting points, and suspended ceilings.

The building is located on the premises of the former Gdynia Shipyard, in the vicinity of shipbuilding companies and the Port of Gdynia; trolleybus stop "Stocznia Gdynia" within 2 minutes (80 m from the building): trolleybuses No. 23, 24 and 33 going to the center of Gdynia; SKM stop 13 minutes away (1000 m from the building). Main streets nearby: Czechosłowacka and Janka Wiśniewskiego. In autumn 2020, the Pomeranian SEZ puts tenants into use of three newly built surface car parks with 137 parking spaces
