In the first half of 2024, development activity in Warsaw returned to pre-pandemic levels, according to Axi Immo's analysis. At the end of June, 280 thousand sqm. of new office space was under construction. At that time, more than 60,000 sqm had been completed in the capital, and by the end of the year this figure is forecast to rise to around 110,000 sqm.
