1 September will see the opening of a Fair Play kindergarten in Business Garden Wrocław which will complement the amenities and services already provided in the office complex.

The Lakeside office development in Warsaw’s Służewiec district has been awarded Well ‘Gold’ pre-certification for its design stage.

The Well certificate primarily takes into account factors that impact human health and well-being. Earlier this year, Lakeside obtained BREEAM ‘Outstanding’ environmental pre-certification. Lakeside, which will comprise 24,000 sqm, will replace University Business Centre I – one of the two UBC buildings acquired by Atenor in May 2018. Demolition work began on UBC 1 in April.
