Law firms bnt and BSJP merge in Poland

bnt attorneys in CEE, an international business law firm with 10 offices in Central and Eastern Europe, and BSJP, one of Poland’s full-service legal practices, have teamed up to create a legal powerhouse. The new firm will operate under the combined brand of BSJP | bnt in Poland.

Wola Retro to be sold to Adventum Group

Develia S.A. signed a PSPA (preliminary sale agreement) with an entity from Adventum Group for Wola Retro, a prime office building located in Warsaw. The price agreed is ca. €69.8 million. Closing is expected by the end of April 2023.

Support for projects in Pilot Tower

G2J Consulting, a Polish consulting company specializing in supporting construction projects, has become the new tenant of the Pilot Tower office building in Krakow. The building belongs to the portfolio of First Property Group.

The Bridge is growing!

Ghelamco has completed works on the underground structure of The Bridge at Plac Europejski in Warsaw. In the next stages of construction, the above-ground storeys of the 40-storey office building will be built.

Cavatina likes Silesia

Cavatina is launching a new project - Grundmanna Office Park in Katowice. The investment will offer nearly 48,000 sqm. sqm of office space, over a thousand sq m. green terraces and publicly accessible outdoor spaces. Construction of the facility has already started.
