Italian cuisine in a postmodern office building

The Lupo Pasta Fresca restaurant has opened on the ground floor of the HOP office building in Chmielna in Warsaw. The interiors were designed by Anna Łoskiewicz from Łoskiewicz Studio, who is also the author of the refreshed concept of the entire building. Stable Wrocław

In the second quarter of 2022, tenants in Wrocław leased 25.6 thousand. sqm office space. Expansions had a significant share in the transactions - 21 percent. tenants decided to expand the space occupied so far.

Large New Work at Piotrkowska

New Work has leased four floors of Hi Piotrkowska, the tallest utility building in Łódź. The company will occupy a total of nearly 5,000. sq m, which it intends to ultimately transform into office space for flexible lease.

A good quarter in the capital

The growing demand, a downward revision of the vacancy rate, an increase in the share of contract extensions in the structure of signed contracts and limited supply - these factors mainly shaped the image of Warsaw offices in the second quarter of the year. The authors of the report from BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland also draw attention to the already visible consequences of the supply gap and the need for a much broader consultancy in the field of searching for and renting office space.

The hybrid mode wins

The office market is still feeling the effects of numerous transformations that have taken place over the past two years. Companies are reorganizing their offices and introducing new work models. According to the Cushman & Wakefield report, "What is the future of offices?", 59 percent office tenants will ultimately implement a hybrid work model (it is 14 percentage points more than last year).

Work together in Łódź

The Łódź office market has been enriched with a new project. Ogrodowa8 Cowork was created by Memos, a company of the Warimpex group. In the first stage of the project, future tenants will be offered workplaces in furnished two-, three- and five-person offices.
