PERN leases two floors in INTRACO Prime in Warsaw

Polski Holding Nieruchomości concluded an agreement with PERN on leasing office space in INTRACO Prime located in Warsaw’s Muranów district. PERN will lease two floors of the 8-storey Class A office building, which is scheduled for commissioning in early 2022.

Adventum picks up Marynarska Point 1

Adventum Group has bought the Marynarska Point 1 office building in Warsaw from Savills Investment Management for an undisclosed sum. The purchaser has also revealed that it is poised to acquire another Warsaw building.

Aareal agrees green loan for Warsaw Hub

Aareal Bank has closed a EUR 312.5 mln financing agreement with Ghelamco Group to refinance the Warsaw Hub office development, which was completed last year.
