Horizon with a new strategy

Horizon (formerly Horizon Plaza), a class A office complex in Warsaw’s Mokotów-Służewiec district, is going through an overall rebranding process conducted by global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield. Union Investment, the property owner, decided to rename the office building, create a new visual identity, introduce a new signage system in common areas and present a new showroom.

Skanska sets trends – Spark C becomes first building in Poland to achieve WELL Core & Shell Certification

The Spark C office building in Warsaw was the first in Poland to obtain the demanding WELL Core & Shell Certification. This means that the building met a number of strict criteria related to health, well-being and comfort of work. The certificate was granted by the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI). In addition, the Skanska Group’s office located in Spark C obtained the LEED Commercial Interior certification at the highest platinum level. Thus, this innovative office building can already boast of five of the most important multi-criteria building assessment certificates on the market.

Cushman & Wakefield appointed as letting agent for Cromwell Property Group's buildings

Global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield has been appointed as sole letting agent for Riverside Park and Grójecka 5 in Warsaw, and Arkońska Business Park in Gdansk. Cromwell Property Group acts as the property manager for the buildings. “Riverside Park, Grójecka 5 and Arkońska Business Park are well-established schemes on their respective local office markets. Each offers high-quality office space in well-connected locations and at competitive rents,” said Anna Górska-Kwiatkowska, Partner, Landlord Representation, Office Agency, Cushman & Wakefield. Riverside Park, designed by AukettFitzroyRobinson, is an office complex located near the intersection of Łazienkowska Thoroughfare and Wisłostrada in Warsaw. Its two twin buildings offer 12,700 sq m of class A office space spread over six aboveground floors. Grójecka 5, located close to the very centre of Warsaw, offers 11,000 sq m of class A office space and enjoys easy access to many bus and tramp stops, a station of the Warsaw Commuter Railway (WKD) and a regional rail operator Masovian Railways. Rondo Daszyńskiego metro station is one stop away from Grójecka 5. In addition to office space, the building also houses ground-floor services. Arkońska Business Park is a modern complex of five class A office buildings with an area of 11,000 sq m, located in Gdansk, close to Lech Wałęsa Airport, the University of Gdansk, Hala Olivia and a line of the Pomeranian Metropolitan Railway. Cushman & Wakefield appointed to manage Astoria Premium Offices

The institution that promotes knowledge about South Korea has chosen the Nordic Park office building in Warsaw for the third time. The tenant has extended its 1,200 sqm lease contract for another five years.

Grupa Żywiec will move its office to “the beer district” of Warsaw

Grupa Żywiec plans to move its Warsaw office to the city center. The company selected Wola, which is the most “beer-ish” of the city's districts. In autumn 2020, Grupa Żywiec will move to Browary Warszawskie.

Warsaw Brewery is becoming the Meeting and Flavors District. Echo Investment starts with playing well: Robert Lewandowski, the captain of the Polish national team and a striker of Bayern Munich, together with his associates will open an original restaurant in a historic Malthouse, that is the heart of this city quarter in Warsaw's Wola district. As early as in autumn 2020, they will invite Warsaw residents for breakfast, afternoon meetings and evening matches.
