Global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield has been managing Astoria Premium Offices in Warsaw since the beginning of September 2019.
Astoria Premium Offices is a building offering nearly 18,500 sq m of office space and approximately 1,000 sq m of retail space in the very heart of Warsaw. It is located at 2 Przeskok Street, in the Śródmieście district. The building has received the LEED certificate with a Platinum rating.

The institution that promotes knowledge about South Korea has chosen the Nordic Park office building in Warsaw for the third time. The tenant has extended its 1,200 sqm lease contract for another five years.
Grupa Żywiec plans to move its Warsaw office to the city center. The company selected Wola, which is the most “beer-ish” of the city's districts. In autumn 2020, Grupa Żywiec will move to Browary Warszawskie.
Warsaw Brewery is becoming the Meeting and Flavors District. Echo Investment starts with playing well: Robert Lewandowski, the captain of the Polish national team and a striker of Bayern Munich, together with his associates will open an original restaurant in a historic Malthouse, that is the heart of this city quarter in Warsaw's Wola district. As early as in autumn 2020, they will invite Warsaw residents for breakfast, afternoon meetings and evening matches.
Nearly 80 people took part in the third edition of the Blue Charity Run, which kicked off at 10 a.m. on 12 April and was organised by global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield. This year its participants included for the first time not only Cushman & Wakefield employees, but also representatives of other firms. The city game “Across Wola for Autism”, developed by Adventure Warsaw, was a new feature of the run’s format. The funds raised thanks to the participants’ commitment totalled PLN 10,000 and were donated to the Mądre Główki Foundation, which supports families and children affected by autism.
2 April is the World Autism Awareness Day and marks the beginning of the World Autism Awareness Month to draw attention to the needs of people with autism. To express solidarity with those affected by autism, the real estate market promotes the campaign “Light It Up Blue” during which buildings are illuminated in blue. In April, Cushman & Wakefield also organises its Blue Charity Run.
This year, the third edition of the Blue Charity Run was combined with the city game “Across Wola for Autism”. The event was attended by 16 teams, including representatives of the Mądre Główki Foundation. During the five-kilometre run its participants had to complete nine tasks connected with the district’s history and the real estate market. The first team to reach the finish line was the “Industrial Fun Factory” team, which included representatives of Cushman & Wakefield’s Industrial Agency. After the run, all its participants and the supporters of the Blue Charity Run were invited to a picnic that was held at the 19. Dzielnica housing estate, 47 Kolejowa Street. Firms which took part in the event included Atlas Tower Sp. z o.o., Cushman & Wakefield, Mądre Główki Foundation, JLL, MAXON Nieruchomości and PRA Group Polska sp. z o.o.
“We have been organising the Blue Charity Run to raise funds to support the Foundation and Integrated Kindergarten Mądre Główki for three years. However, this year’s edition was unique as we ran in such a large group for the first time. I would like to thank all the people who took part in this noble initiative and invite everyone to join our next year’s run. According to Cresa, Warsaw’s total office stock has risen by more than 3.75% over the year to 5.42 million sqm and the absorption rate is down by 1.4% compared with Q3 2017. The vacancy rate is at 10%.
Global business law firm DLA Piper has signed a lease agreement for ca. 4,000 sqm of office space in Atrium 2. The scheme, developed by Skanska Property Poland, is in close proximity to the ONZ Roundabout in Warsaw. With the completion of this agreement, DLA Piper becomes the building's first tenant six months before its completion scheduled for Q1 2016.
The Atrium 1 office building in Warsaw, which is being developed by Skanska, has reached its full height and is moving towards completion later this year.
