Piotr Rusinek, Head of Project & Development Consultancy, BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland
The team will be headed by Piotr Rusinek, who has a track record of 33 years in project and cost management, strategic procurement advice and transaction advisory both in the UK, Poland and CEE. For over two decades, he worked on projects in the office, shopping center, logistics, or light industry projects in Poland. Prior to joining BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland he held the position of Building Operations Director in the Polish branch of Arcadis and was an Associate at Financial Institutions team at the company's European level. Piotr has been a member of RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) for many years,
BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland will also employ the know-how and expertise of Andrew Cavanagh, an architect with nearly 20 years of experience in real estate, who worked in the transaction advisory sector for the past two years. Andrew has extensive experience working in an international environment – throughout his career, he was responsible for projects in 10 different countries. Previously, he worked at Arcadis as Team Leader of Transactional Services.
The Project and Development Consultancy team of BNP Paribas Real Estate will also be joined by Joanna Woźniak – a qualified and licensed architect with a proficient knowledge of the Polish and British real estate market. Joanna has a track record of 10 years in designing in the BIM environment – from to concept, to detailed design, to project development on the construction site. Joanna's hallmark projects include, among others: the design for the reconstruction of the Norwegian embassy in the center of Warsaw, which is under the supervision of the monument conservation officer, industrial facilities for the Polish energy sector, office fit-outs for international clients as well as technical due diligence of many existing buildings.
