Inoffice Group has leased 1,668 m2 of modern office space in Business Garden Warsaw. Inoffice offers flexible workspace for companies seeking ready and fully equipped offices. The offer is dedicated to both small entities and larger companies that need a temporary space for their project teams. The office in Business Garden Warsaw will be the seventh location of Inoffice in Poland.

Karolina Pawłowska, Leasing Manager at Vastint Poland says, “Services offered by Inoffice Group will enrich the Business Garden’s offer. It will be an interesting alternative for new customers looking for a small office space, ready to be leased immediately, or a temporary space, often needed by customers just after signing the lease agreement during the period of fit-out works. Certainly, the Inoffice’s proposition will also be interesting for the existing tenants of our complex, that occasionally report the need for an additional office or conference space. In both cases, the advantage of the proposed solution is a short, flexible rental period.”

Aleksandra Wojtasik, Managing Director of Inoffice Group says, “We offer traditional offices from 2 to 50 workplaces in open spaces, temporary workplaces, so-called hot desking, and conference rooms for up to 14 people. In a very short time we are able to prepare any division of rooms and provide a wide selection of office furniture. We stand out with a flexible approach to the needs of our clients, providing a space to work in accordance with their expectations and needs.”

Business Garden consists of seven buildings surrounded by a large garden with relaxation areas and sports facilities, offering a total of 90,000 m2 of office space. The complex is located at Żwirki i Wigury Street, near the Fast City Train station connecting the airport with the Central Railway Station. In addition, a new NS expressway is planned near the complex, connecting the southern parts of the city with the Warsaw ring road. The complex also offer services of a hotel, conference centre, restaurant and fitness club.
