CitySpace Novo is 2,500 sqm of modern office space, spread over two floors. With dynamic teams of professionals, individual entrepreneurs and teams working in a hybrid model in mind, the operator has prepared 327 positions in dedicated offices and more than 30 spaces in coworking spaces. One of the main advantages of the project is its excellent location, just a 5-minute walk from Warsaw Central Station.

The design is based on warm beige and burgundy colors, with elements of extinguished green enriched with wooden elements, soft fabrics and plants. The new space was created with functionality, ergonomics and user comfort in mind, which promotes effective work and well-being. Warsaw-based studio FruitOrchard by Miastkowska is responsible for the design of the arrangement.

 

In the process of negotiating and managing the project, CitySpace was supported by Savills, while the building's owner benefited from the expertise of Cushman & Wakefield.

CitySpace Novo is the operator's first project in a building outside Echo Investment's portfolio since 2016. In addition to it, there are already four CitySpace locations in the capital, offering a total of nearly a thousand workstations. The company's serviced offices are located in the office building

 

Rondo 1 at the intersection of Świętokrzyska Street and Jana Pawła II Avenue, at Unia Lubelska Square at Pulawska Street 2, and in Mokotów at Dziekońskiego Street 1 and Konstruktorska Street 12.

Nowogrodzka Square is a 6-story, upscale Class A office building at 93 Jerozolimskie Avenue. Located a few minutes' walk from Warsaw's Central Station, the building offers nearly 11,000 sq m of space and 148 underground parking spaces. It was commissioned in the fall of 2018. A BREEAM certificate with an Excellent rating confirms the building's energy efficiency. Along the office building there is an urban walkway, creating a public green promenade, opening the building to Jerozolimskie Avenue and Nowogrodzka Street.
