The Silesia Star office building, owned by Globalworth, will house a bilingual KIDS&Co. kindergarten with a nursery section. It will be the first facility of this network in Katowice. The facility will be available to parents from the autumn of this year.
In September, the KIDS&Co. bilingual kindergarten and crèche will start operating in the Silesia Star office complex. It will be the 23rd outlet of this network in Poland and the first in Katowice. The tenant will occupy 420 sq m of space, which it will adapt into four teaching rooms - two nursery rooms and two kindergarten rooms. The facility will have an independent entrance and a recreation area for children.
The agreement with the new tenant is part of the implementation of the strategy of the building's owner and manager, Globalworth, which focuses on a comprehensive offer in its office properties. In view of the increasingly visible work-life balance trend, the investor takes care to offer a diverse range of services to office employees. As a result, it simultaneously offers attractive after-work activities and other amenities, such as a workplace kindergarten, among others.
