Koszyki – Warsaw’s culinary heart welcomes new energy
For years, Hala Koszyki has been the capital’s first true food hall – a place where gastronomy meets culture, design, and a vibrant social atmosphere. The opening of the Culinary Studio is a perfect extension of this vision, turning the mezzanine into a space for shared cooking, inspiration, and conscious living.
"I'm truly happy to share my knowledge and passion for cooking in such a welcoming and prestigious location. The Studio has found its new home in the heart of Warsaw's culinary scene," says Agata Jedynak, founder of the Culinary Studio.
Workshops, kids’ programs, and events – for guests and companies alike
The Culinary Studio is open not only to Koszyki’s visitors but also to office tenants. The offering includes themed cooking classes, culinary training, adult workshops, and the Children’s Culinary Club – a program dedicated to kids aged 4 and up. Here, cooking becomes a fun and interactive way to learn healthy habits and develop culinary curiosity from an early age.
"The opening of the Culinary Studio strengthens Koszyki’s DNA as a place of encounters, culinary inspiration, and knowledge-sharing," emphasizes Weronika Maria Kuna, MRICS, Asset Management and Leasing Manager at Hala Koszyki, Globalworth Poland.
Experience, passion, and a mission built around food
Agata Jedynak has been organizing culinary events for companies since 2003 and running educational workshops for children and adults since 2017. Her Culinary Studio operates in both Warsaw and Łomianki. With over 1,000 workshops completed, her portfolio includes company events, expert-led experiences, and countless hours in the kitchen with the youngest chefs.
The philosophy is simple: cooking is more than just preparing food – it's a form of communication, creativity, and conscious choice.
Hala Koszyki – historic soul, modern city rhythm
Originally designed in the Art Nouveau style over 100 years ago, Hala Koszyki was revitalized in 2016 as a multifunctional venue combining gastronomy, culture, and A-class office space. Today, it’s a vibrant destination where life happens at the table, in the office, and during events and workshops.
The complex features 16,000 sqm of office space and 6,500 sqm of retail area. Hala Koszyki is owned and managed by Globalworth.
