Knight Frank Moves Headquarters to Vibe Office Building in Warsaw: Ghelamco Strengthens Its Market Leadership

Knight Frank has chosen to relocate its headquarters to the modern Vibe office building in Warsaw's Wola district. The company has leased nearly 1,000 sqm on the ninth floor of the building owned by the renowned developer Ghelamco. The lease agreement is set for seven years, highlighting the company's long-term commitment to this location.

Notably, Ghelamco has already secured leases with other real estate giants such as JLL, CBRE, and Cushman & Wakefield.

Knight Frank, a globally recognized real estate consultancy operating through a network of 740 offices in over 50 countries, has been active in the Polish market for more than 30 years. The company’s main office is located in Warsaw, with additional branches in Gdańsk, Katowice, Krakow, and Wrocław.

Vibe is an 11-story office building offering 15,000 sqm of modern office space, aligned with Ghelamco's ESG strategy. The building features a cutting-edge Building Energy Management System that significantly reduces energy consumption. Additionally, the InBin application allows for the analysis of the carbon footprint generated based on the weight of waste produced by tenants. The building is set to be powered 100% by clean energy, and its sustainable nature is confirmed by top-level certifications in WELL, BREEAM, DGNB, and Green Building Standard. The building already boasts SmartScore and WiredScore certifications with Platinum ratings.
