Malta Office Park is a complex of six independent buildings, offering a total of about 31,000 sq m of office space, ideal for office rental in Poznań. Developed by Echo Investment, it was commissioned in 2011, and the complex was designed by the renowned Litoborski + Marciniak Biuro Architektoniczne studio.

The BREEAM certification, at the "Outstanding" and "Excellent" levels, is the result of the latest assessment, updating the complex's previous recognition as environmentally friendly. BREEAM is an international standard for green building certification that supports the optimization of operating costs and increases the market value of properties.

Malta Office Park is owned by a joint venture, 30% of which is held by EPP, while 70% is owned by Henderson Park. In 2019, the two companies joined forces to form a joint property management company. The day-to-day management and administration of Malta Office Park is the responsibility of EPP, which provides comprehensive services and maintains the high standard of the buildings.
