Among the new tenants is Iris Telecommunication Poland, a Nokia Group company, which will occupy an office of nearly 650 sqm. The company specializes in the design, construction, supervision, maintenance and modernization of telecommunications networks in Poland.

Another tenant is Xsys, a provider of complete solutions for the preparation of flexographic and letterpress printing, which has leased nearly 370 sqm of space.

Archicom, a nationwide developer listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, will open an apartment sales office in the fall, occupying 210 sqm in Symetris Business Park.

In addition, the property's food and beverage offer has been expanded - Café Book&Cook has opened on the first floor of Building B.

Symetris Business Park is a complex of two Class A office buildings with a total area of over 19,000 sqm. The property is BREEAM-certified at the Excellent level and has a WELL HSR rating. The property is owned by Henderson Park (70% stake) and EPP (30% stake), which manages the complex.
