The landlord, VIG Fund, was represented in the transaction by JLL Polska, the exclusive agent responsible for the commercialization of the Life Building, with legal support from Deloitte Legal. The tenant was represented by Cushman & Wakefield.

The 13-story Life Building office building, formerly Atrium Tower, is located in the center of Warsaw, at 25 Jana Pawla II Avenue. The building underwent a major modernization in 2023.
