The Cross Point office complex is located at the junction of Millionowa street and Rydza-Śmigły alley in Łódź Widzew, formerly on the site A. Próchnik clothing factory. The building for which the contract was signed made from monolithic reinforced concrete structure and will be connected with an underground passage connecting other Cross Point complex buildings.

- We enjoy the opportunity to work in Łódź, with which we feel more and more connected. In recent years, we have successfully completed several investments here, and we are currently working on the construction of the BaseCamp student house at Rembielińskiego street as well as at the renovation of a complex of historic tenement houses at Julian Tuwima - one of the oldest streets in the city - says Jorge Calabuig Ferre, Vice President of the Board of Mostostal Warszawa.

In the 2016-18, Mostostal Warszawa built two buildings belonging to the office complex: Cross Point B and Cross Point D.
