Novu - new name, new quality

Novu, a five-story office building with an area of about 9,200 sqm, has been given a new name after being acquired by Czech investor 100Towers in July 2024. The change is part of the company's strategy to modernize the building.

The planned work will include:

reconstruction of the lobby, renovation of elevators, modernization of the parking lot, installation of an elevator for people with disabilities at the front of the building.

- We decided to rebrand because we want the image of the building to best correspond with the renovated interiors. Our main strategy is to ensure a balance between the high quality of the building, technologies that meet the latest standards and the sustainability of the property. We will focus on key functional elements first, but in the near future we want to focus on energy efficiency and the introduction of green solutions, such as sources of green energy or upgrading the energy regulation system," says Daniel Matula, co-owner of 100Towers.

Location and offer for tenants

The building is located on Jerozolimskie Avenue in Warsaw, near the Western Railway Station. Currently, Novu has about 2,000 sqm of office space available for lease.

Tenants can count on:

terrace, 24-hour reception, underground parking for 150 spaces, bicycle racks.

Colliers is the exclusive commercialization advisor for the facility.

Green prospects

Novu's modernization is part of the increasingly popular trend of green office construction in Poland. Upon completion of the current work, the investor plans to implement green energy and energy efficiency solutions, which may attract more tenants who value sustainability.

Will Novu become the new standard of office Warsaw? All indications are that the 100Towers investment will fit into the growing demand for office spaces that combine modernity with environmental concerns.
