Its premises in the building include work-ready offices, conference rooms and virtual offices. OmniOffice became a tenant of The Warsaw Hub last October, when it leased 1,550 sqm of office space. The developer and owner of the office tower is Ghelamco, while the leasing agent of the building is JLL.

We are delighted that tenants are developing in our buildings. The Warsaw Hub is one of Ghelamco’s most technologically advanced office buildings, where the systems employed to improve safety during the pandemic have been recognised in the form of a prestigious Well Health-Safety Rating certificate.
Jarosław Zagórski, the commercial and development director at Ghelamco Poland

The Warsaw Hub, which is situated on the Rondo Daszyńskiego roundabout in the city’s Wola-Centrum district, contains 113,000 sqm in three buildings: an 86m high hotel building and two 130m high office towers connected with a common five-storey podium. As well as office and co-working space, it comprises a conference centre, the Crowne Plaza and Holiday Inn Express hotels, a shopping arcade and a fitness club. The architectural design of the complex is the work of the AMC studio of Andrzej Chołdzyński, while its interiors were created by Przemysław “Mac” Stopa and Massive Design.
