Vena was designed by the Warsaw architectural studio A7AG. Skanska Polska is the general contractor for the office complex at 83 Prymasa Tysiąclecia Avenue. When completed, Vena will offer 15,400 sq m of space.
"Our office property portfolio is growing thanks to new investments and acquisitions, for which we have spent almost PLN 1 billion in recent years. We have recently launched our two premium Warsaw office buildings Skysawa and Intraco Prime, with a total of 48 thousand sq m of space. In two years' time, they will be joined by the Vena office building meeting the highest standards", comments Krzysztof Kowalski, managing director of the investment area of Polski Holding Nieruchomości.
"As a socially responsible company, we strive to create sustainable and timeless office spaces that meet high environmental standards, supporting a healthy lifestyle for both current and future generations", emphasises Maciej Kiser, director of the General Construction Warsaw Commercial Branch at Skanska.
Vena is a 12-storey building with a two-level underground car park designed for 153 vehicles. The space on the ground floor and the first floor of the office building will be available for service functions. An asset of the building will be the green terraces available to tenants located on several floors and on the roof.
The Vena office building has been designed in accordance with the BREEAM standard at the Excellent level. The building's façade with three-dimensional profiles will guarantee working comfort in daylight while protecting the office premises from excessive sunlight and therefore overheating. The underground garage provides charging stations for electric cars, and parking spaces for cyclists have also been designed, along with a changing room equipped with showers.
