The two-building office complex on ul. Prosta (between the Rondo ONZ and Rondo Daszyńskiego metro stations) will comprise 43,000 sqm gla. It will also have 286 parking spaces and 285 bicycle spaces along with extensive facilities for cyclists.

The results of our research, as well as interviews with potential tenants, show that offices will still play an important role for companies. We are convinced of this and thatʼs why we are launching another project in Warsawʼs Wola district. Studio will offer the highest quality office space, but above all it will be a safe workplace, which will be confirmed by the Well Health-Safety Rating certification. This is especially important in the context of the ongoing pandemic and the return of employees to offices.

The first phase of the project will be a 17,600 sqm gla building with 14 above-ground and three underground levels. Construction work on this stage is scheduled for completion in Q3 2023. The architectural design of the complex is by Arrow Architects and Grupa 5 Architekci.
