Transporeon has decided to keep its Polish headquarters in the Porto Office complex, located in Krakow's Debniki district, owned by a group of Portuguese investors. At the same time, the tenant decided to adapt the arrangement of the space, wanting to better adapt the space to the new system of working in international structures.
In more than 20 years of operation, Transporeon has grown from a startup to an international logistics company that operates 17 offices around the world. The company has more than 1,000 employees and works with 158,000 carriers. Transporeon's applications provide companies with end-to-end transport logistics management solutions and connect all parties in the supply chain. The company became part of the Trimble Group in 2023.
Trimble is a technology company whose products are used in more than 141 countries around the world. It offers innovative solutions to deliver transportation services in a safe, cost-effective and environmentally sustainable manner.
- We considered various locations, but the negotiated lease terms included in Porto's offer proved to be strongly competitive. So we decided to extend the contract and carry out an office upgrade. The rearrangement of the space, in addition to raising its standard, allows us to adapt the space to our current needs, which have evolved as a result of the strategic changes taking place in the organization after the integration with the Trimble Group. The optimization of the functional layout of the office is primarily related to the development of project teams and the expansion of international cooperation. The new design takes into account the company's greater need for space for group work, and also fosters cooperation and integration of the corporate team,” says Sylwia Gajda, Office Manager at Transporeon.
- Our task was to comprehensively support the company in the change process, including analyzing the opportunities offered by the Kraków office market and recommending offers against the business terms obtained through renegotiation of the existing lease. We also conducted a tender for a Project Manager to oversee the re-arrangement of the space, which became Ilnedro. We advised on the modernization of the office, which was redesigned mainly with group work and project implementation by dedicated teams in mind. The new arrangement takes into account the various needs of employees, including the creation of functional collaboration zones, meeting areas and additional offices,” reports Kamil Kowalewski, Associate Director at Walter Herz.
- We were pleased and satisfied with Transporeon's decision to extend the lease. This is another tenant that decides to stay in our complex for the next few years. We are pleased that the leasing strategy we have adopted, which includes, among other things, flexibility and proactive response to the needs of companies, translates into good relations and permanent, long-term cooperation. We look to the future with optimism, knowing that our efforts are appreciated by existing tenants and attract new investors to Porto Office. The complex offers users many benefits, including state-of-the-art technological solutions,
green building environment and numerous tenant amenities, providing companies that value a sustainable work environment with comfortable conditions for further development,” says Barbara Zbyszewska, Porto Office attorney.
