Global tech leader chooses Warsaw to scale its innovation

Asana, a Silicon Valley-based leader in enterprise work management, continues to invest in its Warsaw operations. Opened in January 2024, the Polish branch is Asana’s 13th office globally and the 6th in the EMEA region.

The Warsaw hub plays a key role in the company’s global structure – it's home to teams working on engineering, enterprise technology, security, and user support operations. It also contributes to Asana’s AI development efforts, with new experts being recruited across senior, junior, and internship roles.

Wolf Marszałkowska – a workspace that meets the needs of global leaders

– The fact that Asana not only renewed but also significantly expanded its lease just 18 months after we launched Wolf Marszałkowska speaks volumes about the quality and potential of our space – says Beata Sójka-Celińska, co-founder of Wolf Marszałkowska.

The office complex combines flexible leasing options, modern infrastructure, and a central location. Tenants can choose between coworking spaces and fully serviced private offices – all supported by a professional team, advanced technical solutions, and a hospitality-driven service model.

– We aim to make things simple. Minimal paperwork, plenty of extra services, and top-tier tech help us serve freelancers, growing businesses, and major global players like Asana – adds Piotr Szmilewski, CEO of Wolf Marszałkowska.

From California to Warsaw – best workplace practices in action

– We care deeply about workplace experience – globally and locally. The space at Wolf Marszałkowska enables us to create the same high-quality working environment we’re known for in the U.S. – says Ryan Atkins, Head of R&D Ops and Warsaw Site Lead at Asana.

Asana has been ranked among Inc.'s Best Workplaces in the U.S. for seven consecutive years, and featured eight times in Fortune's Great Place to Work – Bay Area. These values are now part of the company’s Warsaw culture too.

A growing ecosystem of business and lifestyle services

In just over a year, Wolf Marszałkowska has evolved into one of the largest and most attractive serviced office destinations in central Warsaw. Located just steps away from Metro Centrum, the building offers nearly 1,000 workstations, with more on the way.

On the ground floor, the Ravens café – listed by Vogue Polska as one of Warsaw’s best spots for coffee and cocoa – brings a lifestyle vibe to the building. A staff canteen and other service points will soon follow.

On track to become Warsaw’s largest coworking space

The project started with just 70 desks. Today, Wolf Marszałkowska is close to 1,000, and more floors are being prepared for launch. A new multifunctional common area with event space and a panoramic terrace is in development.

By the end of 2025, the entire building is set to be filled with serviced offices and coworking zones – making Wolf Marszałkowska the largest coworking destination in Warsaw.
