High demand for offices in Poland could result in supply gap

2022 was a good, strong year in Poland's office market. After a downturn, it was time for a long-awaited boom in demand. Companies have adapted to new working conditions. Due to the loosening of restrictions related to the Covid-19 pandemic, they have launched a campaign to encourage people to return to their offices. Cavatina is launching a new project - Grundmanna Office Park in Katowice. The investment will offer nearly 48,000 sqm. sqm of office space, over a thousand sq m. green terraces and publicly accessible outdoor spaces. Construction of the facility has already started.

Schneider Electric has become the new tenant of the Eximius Park office complex in Krakow. The company occupied about 500 sq m. in building 1000, temporarily also using the co-working space.
