Echo Investment has secured three standing and working 1st generation shopping malls belonging to the Tesco Group. Altogether, around 240,000 sqm mixed use area consisting of office, retail and residential space can be developed on plots located in Poznań, Łódź and Cracow.
The Fujitsu Poland Global Delivery Centre team in Łódź seems to be at a watershed moment. Echo Investment has started the construction of the MidPoint71 office building at Powstańców Śląskich street in Wrocław. The project will provide nearly 37,000 sqm modern office space. The first tenants will be able to work here in the fourth quarter of 2021.
October was an extremely productive month for CitySpace, a Polish company providing flexible serviced offices. The provider launched two new offices in Warsaw and expanded the space occupied in the O3 Business Campus complex in Kraków. As a result, CitySpace increased its managed space by 40% and launched 650 workplaces over the last weeks.
Grupa Żywiec plans to move its Warsaw office to the city center. The company selected Wola, which is the most “beer-ish” of the city's districts. In autumn 2020, Grupa Żywiec will move to Browary Warszawskie.
Warsaw Brewery is becoming the Meeting and Flavors District. Echo Investment starts with playing well: Robert Lewandowski, the captain of the Polish national team and a striker of Bayern Munich, together with his associates will open an original restaurant in a historic Malthouse, that is the heart of this city quarter in Warsaw's Wola district. As early as in autumn 2020, they will invite Warsaw residents for breakfast, afternoon meetings and evening matches.
