Brain Embassy (BE) is an own formula of co-creating developed and implemented by Adgar Poland – an Israel investor, owner and property manager. The concept of the office of the future, created on the basis of the latest global trends in designing functional, ergonomic and creative workspaces, is addressed to small and medium enterprises, start-ups, freelancers and global corporations. BE's innovative space is conducive to collaborative and creative work. Breaking the stereotypical concept of work-life balance, Brain Embassy proposes it in a new version - as lifespace co-creating, i.e. the possibility of creative functioning in a place where one can feel like at work and at home at the same time, adjusting the rhythm of actions to one's personal needs and preferences.
"At Brain Embassy, we understand the needs of our community and realize that a temporary break from their duties, such as a short nap, meditation, being on the move or even cooking together, adds energy and increases efficiency. Therefore, BE's space is consciously and functionally designed, and we have also taken responsibility for educating our community about the opportunities this unique design offers them. Our spaces are filled with so called Brainy Facts, where we explain how to use Brain Embassy space to achieve optimal well-being, high level of vitality and satisfaction, and thus better business results" - explains Eyal Litwin, General Manager of Adgar Poland.
“Brain Embassy is called co-creating because the processes of joint creation and overcoming challenges are the essence of our substantive programme that distinguishes us in the market. We also use the idea of co-creating in the process of designing our interiors. We appreciate the cooperation with mode:lina, their original, never-ending, still fresh ideas, but also the great ability to listen to us as an investor and our community, whose comments are taken into account in our next projects. We do not use any templates, we are still improving our product, and this is probably the recipe for success in the Brain Embassy project” - adds Monika Kaczmarczyk, Managing Director of Brain Embassy.
The Co-creating Brain Embassy in addition to the great interest of entrepreneurs, has gained recognition in the eyes of market experts, architects and journalists. This is confirmed by numerous awards, including the title of "Innovation of the Year" granted in November 2017 in the CIJ Awards competition, awards in competitions organized by Eurobuild CEE, the title of the Best All Inclusive Office 2018 in the Startup Friendly category, or the Office Superstar award granted by CBRE. BIG 7 TRAVEL in the ranking titled “The 50 Best Co-Working Spots in Europe” positioned Brain Embassy on a high, 7th place.
